🚨 Hiring: Senior Developer — Perl CGI & Znuny ITSM 🚨 📍 Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore (Hybrid) We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer with strong expertise in Perl CGI and Znuny ITSM customization to join a dynamic Agile team. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Develop & customize Znuny workflows, forms, automation rules, UI components, and reports • Build and maintain REST API integrations with external systems • Configure Apache CGI environments and Perl CGI scripts • Work on connected platforms including Event Management Viewer, GNAT Tool, and WebPortal • Customize UI from Figma designs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript & Template Toolkit • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and technical documentation 🔹 Required Skills: ✔ 6+ years of Perl scripting experience ✔ Strong experience in Perl OOP, CGI scripting & REST APIs ✔ 2+ years in Znuny / OTRS custom development ✔ Apache server & Generic Interface integration experience ✔ HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Git, Jira, Agile/Scrum knowledge ⭐ Nice to Have: • Twilio / SMS / Email API integration • ITIL / ITSM knowledge • CI/CD exposure (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) If you or someone in your network is a good fit, feel free to connect or share your profile.
