PHP Developer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated PHP Developer with experience in the Laravel framework to join our development team. Candidates must be based in Kannur or nearby areas; only Kerala candidates will be considered. Key Responsibilities: Web Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP, with a strong emphasis on the Laravel framework or similar. API Integration: Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to connect front-end applications with back-end services and databases. Database Management: Design and manage relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL), ensuring data integrity, security, and performance optimization. Code Optimization: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices, including version control with Git. Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure functionality, performance, and security. Identify and resolve bugs or issues as they arise. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for the developed applications, including code comments, user guides, and system specifications. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in PHP, Laravel, and web development to continuously improve skills and deliver innovative solutions. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in PHP development, with a strong focus on Laravel or similar frameworks (e.g., Symfony, CodeIgniter). Technical Skills: Proficiency in PHP, Laravel, or similar frameworks. Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). Experience with database design and management (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL). Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with third-party services. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues. Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Full-Stack Experience: Knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, React) and experience in full-stack development. DevOps: Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, server management, and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
