How to get paid to work with your favourite creators, even if you’ve never run a professional studio before. In June 2025, I quit my 9-5 GTM job to open Podcast Room London Bridge. Since then, it’s been a whirlwind of 4K cameras, sound checks, and hosting some of the most iconic names from your TV and Insta feeds. The studio is growing faster than I can manage and we need a third person to help us run the studio. This is only for you if: ➡️ You are a freelance editor or student who’s passionate and the of of the fastest growing media industries, podcasting. ➡️ You want to be "in the room" with big brands while they record. ➡️ You’re a self-starter who doesn't need a manual to solve a problem. ❎ The Reality of the Job We are a tiny, fast-moving team of soon-to-be three that love what we do and work hard to build the business. Evenings, weekends, and going the extra mile for our clients. It’s Tuesday morning, you welcome a guest into the studio, set up the camera’s, soundcheck, and the client tells you it’s their first time and they’re nervous, so you help them relax and the guide them through best practice podcasting and they smash it. By the afternoon, you’ve got a full production team in with a high profile client. They know what they’re doing but look to you to help ready the recording equipment. You manage the unique requests and the clients recording run’s smoothy. As the day closes, you’re now editing another clients podcast using Davinci Resolve to clean the audio and visuals, cutting mistakes, adding graphics, and deliver the final cut 2 days early. 📩 If this excites you here’s more info and how to join the team in the comments!
