Podcast Video Editor

Most video editors can edit clips. Very few can edit a podcast that people actually watch till the end. We are hiring a Podcast Video Editor Intern (Experience: 1–2 months is enough skills matter more than time) This role is for someone who understands: content pacing, storytelling, and audience retention. You will be working on: 7→ Video podcast editing (long-form + short-form clips) → Creating high-quality YouTube podcast videos → Editing Reels, Shorts, and TikTok clips from podcasts → Adding subtitles, jump cuts, zooms, and engagement hooks → Improving watch time, retention, and content flow We are NOT looking for: Basic editors who just cut clips People who rely only on templates We ARE looking for someone who: ✔ Knows Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut (any one) ✔ Understands YouTube content + short-form algorithms ✔ Has a strong sense of timing, audio clarity, and storytelling ✔ Is willing to learn and grow fast This is an opportunity to work on real content, real projects, and global-level execution.
