PPC Specialist

🤩 PPC SPECIALIST WANTED 🤩 Aventus Group is looking for a PPC Specialist who can impact business results through effective advertising campaigns, analytics, and systematic hypothesis-driven work. Key Responsibilities: - Setup, optimization, and scaling of advertising campaigns in Google Ads (Search, UAC, GDN, Performance Max) with a focus on CPL and CPS; - Managing advertising budgets and monitoring campaign performance; - Working with hypotheses: generating and prioritizing hypotheses; defining KPIs; planning and running experiments; evaluating results and preparing conclusions; - Conducting A/B testing of ads, creatives, audiences, and strategies; - Preparing technical briefs for landing pages, banners, and video creatives; - Close collaboration with the creative team (design, video, copywriting); - Data analysis using Google Analytics, Power BI, and other analytics systems; - Preparing regular reports and analytical insights; - Communication with the CMO and business stakeholders regarding performance and growth directions; - Market, competitor, and audience research to improve campaign effectiveness. Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience as a PPC specialist; - Strong understanding of performance marketing principles; - Hands-on experience with: Google Ads (Search, UAC, GDN, PMax); analytics systems (Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.); - Ability to write clear and detailed technical briefs; - Strong analytical mindset and experience working with large data sets; - Experience collaborating with creative and product teams; - Ability to justify decisions based on data. Would be a plus: - Experience automating processes using Google Ads Scripts; - Experience in fintech projects or performance-driven businesses.
