About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled PPC / Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and scale paid campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Snapchat, and Telegram. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns to drive high-quality traffic, leads, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
. Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping)
. Execute and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
. Manage paid promotions on Snapchat Ads and Telegram channels/groups
. Develop and implement strategies to increase ROI, reduce CPA, and improve conversions
. Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
. Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data insights
. Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies
. Manage budgets effectively across multiple platforms
. Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
. Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights
Required Skills & Qualifications
. 4โ6 years of experience in PPC / Performance Marketing
. Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
. Experience running ads on Snapchat and Telegram marketing channels
. Deep understanding of conversion tracking, pixel setup, and analytics tools
. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
