Print & Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented and experienced Freelance Print & Graphic Designer to join our apparel design team on a project basis. The ideal candidate will take creative and technical ownership of print, graphic development across four key men's categories: Men's pyjamas, athleisure T-Shirts , printed woven boxer shorts & Men's Innerwear. Will work closely with the fellow senior designers, merchandisers and product team to deliver commercially viable, trend-relevant print-ready artwork that meets our brand aesthetic and retail requirements.   Skills Requirement :  Graduate / Diploma — Textile Design / Fashion Design / Apparel or related field 2+ years in textile print & graphic design — apparel or fashion retail preferred Proficient in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop — mandatory Knowledge of repeat construction, colour separation & print techniques — screen, digital, sublimation, woven Familiar with fabrics — such as jersey, woven cotton, modal, microfibre & print outcomes Sharp eye for detail & colour accuracy Key Deliverables :  Track seasonal macro & micro trends — menswear, activewear & lifestyle Adapt global trends into market-relevant, commercially viable designs Trend & concept mood board creation Colour palette development with Pantone references Original prints, patterns, motifs & graphics creation as per categories & consumer profile Artwork delivery in correct colourways with Pantone callouts Resize & adapt artwork across garment sizes & placements Maintain seasonal artwork library aligned to drops & delivery calendar Attend design briefings, range reviews & print presentations Incorporate feedback & revise artwork within agreed timelines Desirable : Candidates with experience [i.e; 2+ yrs industry exp.] collaborating with fabric mills, suppliers and apparel manufacturing units will be preferred.
