Pro Clinic Coder

Healthcare Coding and Consulting Services (HCCS) is currently hiring experienced and certified coders for remote Pro Clinic positions. We are seeking Pro Clinic coders with experience in HCC/Risk Adjustment, as well as Full-time Pro Clinic coders with experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Rural Health Clinic (RHC) services. The HCC/Risk Adjustment role is available as either part-time or full-time (32 or 35 hours per week) for coders with strong E/M leveling and abstraction experience. These are fully remote, direct-hire W-2 positions that offer long-term stability and consistent, specialty-aligned work. Coders at HCCS are aligned with chart types and specialties that match their background and experience, allowing them to focus on the work they know best while maintaining strong quality and productivity standards. We are seeking coders who have strong E/M expertise, recent hands-on Pro Clinic coding experience, and who are comfortable working in a high-volume production environment. Candidate requirements include: • Minimum of 3 years of Pro Clinic coding with specialties in HCC/ Risk adjustment & Rural Health Clinic • At least 2 years of recent production coding in a high-volume environment • Active hands-on coding experience within the last 6 months • Strong E/M leveling and documentation review skills • Active AAPC or AHIMA credential (CPC-A and CCA certifications are not accepted) • CPC and CRC Certifications are preferred for Pro Clinic HCC/ Risk Adjustment position • Must reside in the United States HCCS is a family-owned, U.S.-based company.
