We are hiring a Product Manager:
Job requirements are:
1) Educational Background:
Bachelorβs degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, or Sciences (mandatory)
MBA or Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing is a strong advantage
2) Experience:
3β6 years in pharmaceutical marketing
Minimum 2 years as Product Manager / Associate Product Manager
Proven experience in Gynecology, Fertility, or IVF portfolio (e.g., hormones, ovulation induction, luteal support, endometriosis)
Experience launching or managing womenβs health brands is highly preferred
3) Therapeutic Area Knowledge (Critical):
Strong understanding of:
Infertility management protocols (IVF / ICSI cycles)
Hormonal therapies (e.g., estrogens, progesterone, GnRH analogs)
Conditions like endometriosis, PCOS, luteal phase defects
Familiarity with key stakeholders:
Gynecologists
IVF specialists
Andrology centers
Awareness of treatment guidelines, patient journey, and prescribing behavior
4) Marketing & Business Skills:
Ability to develop and execute brand plans (annual & tactical)
Strong skills in:
Market analysis (IMS/IQVIA data interpretation)
Segmentation & targeting (HCP profiling)
Forecasting & demand planning
Experience in:
Product positioning & messaging
Campaign development (offline + digital)
Budget management (A&P)
Understanding of:
Omnichannel marketing (especially for HCP engagement)
CRM tools and digital performance metrics
5) Field & Sales Alignment:
Strong collaboration with:
Medical representatives
District Sales Managers (DSMs)
Ability to:
Conduct cycle meetings, field visits, and double visits
Translate strategy into clear sales force execution plans
Monitor KPIs (coverage, frequency, ROI)
6) Medical & Regulatory Understanding:
Ability to work cross-functionally with:
Medical team (KOL engagement, scientific content)
Regulatory affairs (approvals, compliance)
Ensure all activities align with:
Local regulatory requirements
Ethical promotion standards
7) KOL & Stakeholder Management:
Strong network with Gynecology & IVF Key Opinion Leaders
Experience organizing:
Advisory boards

Capability to build long-term HCP partnerships
