β’ Own & manage product backlog
β’ Gather & prioritize business requirements
β’ Write user stories & acceptance criteria
β’ Define product vision & roadmap
β’ Collaborate with Scrum teams
β’ Participate in Agile ceremonies
β’ Ensure timely delivery & value realization

Must Have
β’ 7+ yrs as Product Owner / Business Analyst
β’ Strong Agile/Scrum experience
β’ Backlog management & user story writing
β’ Excellent stakeholder communication
β’ Tools: JIRA / Confluence
β Good to Have
β’ Banking/Payments/Financial domain
β’ SAFe / Large-scale Agile exposure
β’ CSPO / PSPO certification
π Education
β’ Bachelorβs degree (mention year; experience considered post-degree only)
