Production Designer

Pinterest is hiring a Production Designer! 📌 This is a fully remote, 6-month, W2 contract focused on scaling design systems and team efficiency. We’re looking for a Figma expert who loves organization and is eager to use AI to optimize workflows. Must haves: - Figma: Advanced skills in maintaining complex component libraries and style guides. - Systems Mindset: Experience working within or supporting a Design System team in a tech environment. - Production Craft: High attention to detail for QA, documentation, and asset creation. - AI: You'll be pioneering new ways of working using tools like Figma AI and Claude. What you’ll do: - Maintain key files to ensure product mockups reflect live code. - Support Design System documentation and illustration assets. - Partner with UX Engineering to refactor components for Code Connect. - Work in 2-week sprints to keep the Pinterest design org running smoothly.
