Program Manager

We are looking for a contractor Program Manager to oversee the planning phase of a replacement project for a critical research system that is approaching its end-of-life by 2031. Key responsibilities include: - Developing a multi-year roadmap and solution approach for the replacement project. - Engaging with the research community to ensure their needs are met. - Providing technical leadership throughout the planning phase. - Communicating effectively at the executive level to secure approval for the next stage of the program.
