🚨 Now Hiring: Senior Program Manager | Remote We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to support the implementation of Title 5, Subtitle A, Section 1700 of the DC Municipal Regulations (DCMR). This role will work closely with the Division of Teaching and Learning to ensure Educator Preparation Providers (EPPs) meet state approval and compliance standards. 📍 Location: Remote 🎯 Experience: 10+ Years 🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Support implementation of educator preparation regulations. • Ensure EPP compliance with state approval requirements. • Develop guidance resources for educator preparation programs. • Coordinate technical assistance for programs needing improvement. • Review and prepare reports from state review visits. • Support initiatives related to teacher preparation, apprenticeships, and science of reading. 🔹 Required Experience: • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. • Experience working in a University School/College of Education. • Experience leading clinical practices for education students. • Experience with teacher apprenticeship programs. • Experience developing published resources for educator preparation providers. • Proficiency with MS Office and Project Management tools (MS Project or similar). ⭐ Preferred: Candidates who previously served as Dean, Interim Dean, or Associate Dean within a university education program. 📩 If you are interested or know someone who might be a great fit, please DM or share your resume at [Upgrade to PRO to see contact]. #Hiring #ProgramManager #EducationLeadership #RemoteJobs #EducationPolicy #TeacherPreparation #ProjectManagement
