🚀 Freelance Opportunity – Finland (EU Passport Holders Only) 🇫🇮 We are seeking a Freelance Project Engineering Manager / Project Technical Lead to support a UCT process plant project within the FMCG sector in Finland. 🔧 Role overview You will lead the project from start to finish, acting as the technical authority while overseeing contractors and providing hands-on guidance across process and mechanical engineering disciplines. 📅 Contract 12-month freelance contract Location: Finland (on-site / hybrid depending on project phase) 🛠 Key responsibilities End-to-end project delivery (engineering, execution, commissioning) - Managing and coordinating EPCs and contractors - Technical leadership across process & mechanical engineering - Design reviews, technical decision-making, and risk management - Ensuring delivery to schedule, cost, quality, and safety standards 👤 Requirements - Proven experience as a Project Engineering Manager / Technical Lead on process plant projects - Strong process and mechanical engineering background - FMCG project experience highly advantageous (e.g. food, beverage, consumer goods manufacturing) - Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment - EU passport / right to work in Finland required #Process #Processplant #FMCG #Projects #ProjectEngineer #TechnicalLead #Capex #Engineering #EU #Finland Circle
