Over the past few weeks, I received a few messages that made me pause.
Messages from people Iβve worked with.
And they made me proud in a way thatβs special.
We all have someone.
A teacher. A mentor. A Collegue. A Manager
Someone whose voice still echoes in certain moments.
Someone we remember with a smile.
When I look back, I can name a few.
Johannes Claeys, my leadership professor during my masters in Paris.
Fatim Zahra Biaz mentor and an inspiration who I have spent my first internship with.
A few AIESEC figures who shaped my early leadership style.
And my middle school English teacher π.
And then, at quite a young age, it was my turn to take some responsibility, to collaborate, to hire and train, to lead..
Thatβs when I realized how hard it really is.
I wouldnβt describe myself as βeasy.β
Iβm outspoken(Very π). Intense. And can be quite detail oriented.
But one thing was always constant: the intention.
I never wanted projects to simply succeed.
I wanted them to be meaningful.
Transformational.
For the work, and for the people involved.
Over the years, experience has softened me.
Iβve learned to listen more.
To regulate more.
Today, the milestone I celebrate is this:
The quality of the relationships I build with my team and colleagues.
The trust.
The care.
The ability to empower without overpowering.
Andβ¨ Iβm #hiring.
Iβm looking for:
