🚀 Freelance Opportunity: Project Manager - Amsterdam | Start ASAP For a major client of Tergos in Amsterdam, we are looking for a Project Manager with a strong background in Process Improvement and Operational Excellence. You will join a relatively new team (±1 year old) within a fast-paced fintech environment that is still building structure and maturity. English is required. Dutch is not mandatory. 🎯 The Role - Lead and manage projects on a daily basis - Drive continuous process improvement initiatives - Design and implement an Operational Excellence framework - Use data analysis to identify inefficiencies and solve complex operational issues - Act as a bridge between multiple internal teams and external partners - Communicate closely with key stakeholders 👤 Your Profile - Proven experience as a Project Manager - Background in Continuous Improvement (minimum Greenbelt level; certification not required) - Comfortable operating in unstructured, evolving environments - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Experience with data-driven decision-making - Financial regulatory / compliance background is highly valuable - Experience in fraud, risk, or AML/KYC is a strong plus 📌 Practical Details - Start date: preferably March 15 (max. ±1 week later) - Freelance assignment - 40 hours per week 📩 Are you, or do you know, the specialist I’m looking for?
