We are currently seeking for a freelance Project Manager Assistant with expertise in event planning and e-learning projects to support a European Institution based in Luxembourg. ππͺπΊ
π₯οΈ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the management of training projects and activities, including assistance in the creation and publication of training courses in the training LMS platforms (EU Learn and L&D platform), registration and confirmation of participants;
Assistance in communication activities, including the weekly Newsletter, intranet news and other ad-hoc targeted campaigns;
Support with the preparation of training events and their associated calendar scheduling in platforms such as Service Now;
Support on in-person, hybrid and online events, both in the preparation phase and during the event itself, assisting the training course manager in all phases of the event, in the room physically as well as online via communication platforms such as Webex, Zoom, MS Teams;
Assist in the management of the functional mailboxes used by the L&D team, forwarding email requests to the relevant course project managers and pro-actively reaching the Head of L&D Sector when required.
π REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience in assistance to complex multi stakeholder projects;
Team player, strong self-management, organisational and prioritization skills;
Practical experience with reporting tools (Qlik Sense, Tableau, or similar) and knowledge of project management methodology (PMI, Prince, PM2)
Knowledge and experience with LMS (Learning Management Systems: Moodle, IMC), CMS (Drupal, Wordpress), Communications tools (Webex, Zoom, MS Teams) and Project management tools (Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow).
Excellent knowledge of English and French
Ability to work in a multicultural and international environment
This is a hybrid role, with on-site presence required 3 days per week.
