Please share profiles to the email: [Upgrade to PRO to see contact] Job title: Project Manager Location: Atlanta, GA EXP: 10+ Years Mode of Interview: In-Person Rate: 55$/hr Client: State of GA Visa: Except OPT and CPT Job Summary and Justification: Qualifications/ Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in SDLC methodologies, Agile, Iterative, Waterfall * Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business areas * Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence * Excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills * Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands * Documented experience in successfully leading projects and programs to on-time, on-schedule and within budget * Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment * Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities * Technically competent with various software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and Microsoft Project, but also project management and SDCL software tools * Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products * Support diverse and inclusive work environment * Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions and identifying priorities Education * BA or BS in Management, Health Administration, Business Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field is preferred * At least 3 years of experience in management of complex project procurement and implementations * Project Management Professional (PMP)® Certification required
