🚧 Freelance Opportunity | PM Build – Project Manager Executie 🚧 For one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced freelance Project Manager Build to support industrial and construction projects during the full execution phase, from site preparation to final delivery. 🔹 Your role As PM Build, you take ownership of the execution phase: Prepare and plan worksites (materials, subcontractors, internal teams) Coordinate on-site activities and execution works Monitor budget, planning, quality & safety Act as the key link between internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors Identify and resolve technical or execution-related issues on site 🔹 What we’re looking for ✅ Freelance Project Manager with several years of experience in construction or industrial environments ✅ Bachelor or Master in Construction, Industrial Sciences, or equivalent experience ✅ Strong technical knowledge of building methods and execution techniques ✅ Able to read and interpret plans (AutoCAD / Revit) ✅ Excel (pivot tables) is a must, ERP knowledge is a plus 🌍 Languages Dutch: fluent French & English: good working knowledge 🔹 Why this assignment? ✔ Freelance contracts tailored to your availability ✔ Challenging and varied industrial & construction projects ✔ Long-term collaboration possibilities ✔ Structured, digital working environment ✔ Opportunity to fully leverage and grow your expertise 📩 Interested or know a strong freelance PM Build?
