Based in Darwin, you will lead the coordination of building and facilities projects across airport precincts, working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Youll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with business, operational, and safety requirements, while maintaining accurate documentation including drawings, contracts, and project records. About the Role We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Major Projects Team based in Darwin. In this key role, youll manage the development and delivery of capital works projects focused on existing and future property assets across ADGs airport precincts. Youll play a critical role in ensuring projects meet quality, time, budget, and safety expectations managing everything from procurement and contracts to stakeholder engagement and compliance. This role is perfect for someone with a background in buildings, commercial property, or facilities development, who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver capital works projects with a focus on property and building assets Work closely with the Development Managers to meet project goals and milestones Manage contracts, procurement processes, budgets, and project reporting Ensure compliance with internal frameworks, WHS standards, and external regulations Coordinate and maintain project documentation, drawings, and correspondence Liaise with internal stakeholders, consultants, and contractors Promote a safety-first, sustainability-focused culture across all project activities About You Tertiary qualifications in project management, construction, property, or a related field Proven experience in delivering building or property projects
