We’re seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead a mission-critical enterprise migration involving legacy IBM content platforms. This is a delivery-focused role, not just coordination.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end migration of:
• IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD)
• IBM Information Content Manager (ICM)
• IBM Helix MARS
• Manage engineering teams, vendors, and stakeholders
• Drive execution, timelines, and risk mitigation (data integrity, downtime, dependencies)
• Provide updates to senior leadership
🔹 Requirements
• 8–12+ years in Project/Program Management
• Proven experience leading enterprise migration projects
• Strong experience with CMOD / ICM
• Ability to manage complex, legacy environments and drive delivery under pressure
