‼️ NEW ROLE ‼️ 🔎 Project Manager / Contract Administrator 📍 Leeds I’m currently working with a growing and well-established consultancy in the built environment sector who are looking to appoint a Project Manager / Contract Administrator to join their team near Leeds. This is a client I have had the pleasure of placing several people into the business with, and can truly vouch that they are a fantastic consultancy to work for. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, forward-thinking business with a strong pipeline of work across construction, refurbishment, and fit-out projects nationwide. The role will involve: - Managing projects from initial client brief through to completion - Coordinating design teams and external consultants - Preparing and administering JCT contracts (Design & Build, Intermediate & Minor Works) - Leading meetings, overseeing tender processes, and reporting to clients - Monitoring site progress, quality, and costs What they’re looking for: - Experience within project management / contract administration in the construction sector - Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and JCT contracts - Familiarity with CDM Regulations - Proficiency in AutoCAD - Excellent organisational and communication skills - Full UK driving licence 💰 Salary is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
