Project Manager - Media Localization

🌟 We’re Hiring: Project Manager – Media Localization We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Media Localization to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional with hands-on experience managing end-to-end media localization projects, including subtitling, dubbing, and game localization. The position requires strong coordination skills, client-facing communication, and the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Project Management & Client Coordination • Manage media localization projects (subtitling, dubbing, and game localization) from kick-off to final delivery. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, gathering requirements, defining scope, timelines, and deliverables. • Prepare project schedules, cost estimates, and resource plans. • Provide regular project updates and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Team & Vendor Coordination • Assign and coordinate tasks across translators, subtitle editors, dubbing studios, voice talents, audio engineers, QA teams, and game localization vendors. • Manage internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. • Monitor workloads, anticipate risks, and resolve production bottlenecks proactively. Quality, Budget & Delivery Control • Ensure all deliverables meet linguistic, technical, and client-specific quality standards. • Track project progress, deadlines, and budgets; escalate risks and issues when necessary. • Oversee QA processes for subtitles, dubbed content, and localized game assets. • Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and archival records. ________________________________________ What We’re Looking For • Minimum 3 years of proven project management experience in media localization (subtitling, dubbing, and/or game localization). send CV:[Upgrade to PRO to see contact]
