I’m looking to bring on a Freelance Senior Project Manager ASAP to support a major FIFA World Cup sponsor. This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role leading social project management during the World Cup. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in real-time environments and knows how to keep complex teams aligned. Timing: ASAP through 7/31 What you’ll be doing: • Leading end-to-end timelines across strategy, creative, and production • Acting as the project management bridge across global teams • Managing daily stand-ups, status, and communications • Overseeing resource planning and flagging gaps • Running stakeholder meetings and keeping leadership aligned • Supporting a live “newsroom” model with daily content creation during World Cup games • Consolidating feedback and ensuring early legal/clearance checks If you’re a strong SPM who can bring clarity, structure, and momentum to a complex, always-on environment I would love to connect.
