Project Manager

We Are Hiring: #Project_Manager (12 to 16 Years Experience) Location: Riyadh, KSA Full-time Position. 6 days per week. Transfer Iqama Motion build is looking for a Project Manager with 12 to 16 years of project management experience, preferably to join our growing team in KSA. Job Accountabilities & Activities - Break down larger projects into smaller, manageable tasks with specific milestones to track progress. - Create detailed timelines, manage dependencies, and adjust plans as needed to ensure timely delivery. - Review and evaluate any project changes, ensuring they align with the scope and objectives, and adjust plans accordingly. - Conduct inspections and reviews to ensure that deliverables meet the required specifications and quality standards. - Mentor and guide junior engineers, project coordinators, and other team members to improve their skills and performance. - Monitor project activities to ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and procedures. - Facilitate the smooth transition of completed projects to clients or operations teams for final implementation or support. - Oversee financials for each project phase, ensuring that costs remain within budget and identifying opportunities for cost savings. - Continuously evaluate project workflows and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. - Proactively identify potential risks and develop plans to minimize or eliminate them. - Monitor project adherence to local, state, and industry-specific regulations and standards. - Ensure that all aspects of the project are ready for launch, with a focus on smooth implementation and successful delivery. - Prevent or manage scope changes by adhering to agreed-upon deliverables, adjusting plans, and gaining approval for changes. Report & Record keeping - After project completion, review outcomes, identify lessons learned, and share insights for future projects. - Oversee the creation, storage, and organization of project documents, including contracts, designs, and technical drawings. Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field (Civil or Arch Engineering preferred). - PMP Certification (Project Management Professional) is required. - Strong understanding of after-sales processes, including service, parts management, and customer support. - Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent). - Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. - Fluent on English with proven experience on Fit-out works & Turnkey Projects.
