As a key driver of complex, multi-stakeholder projects, you will orchestrate clinician and clinical leader collaboration, ensuring strategic alignment, seamless communication, and successful implementation of digital health solutions. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional passionate about advancing patient care through innovative, clinically-informed project leadership.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare project management, deep understanding of primary care and referral systems across Ontario, and expert relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with diverse healthcare stakeholders. You will thrive in fast-paced environments, demonstrating strategic thinking, exceptional communication, and a collaborative leadership style.
Required Skills:
Minimum of 8+ years of project management experience within a healthcare setting, demonstrating successful delivery of complex projects
In-depth knowledge of primary care and referral processes across Ontario health systems
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clinical leaders, government bodies, and stakeholders
Excellent communication skills, with experience facilitating stakeholder engagement and managing cross-disciplinary teams
Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards, including AODA and provincial policies
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience managing projects in the public sector or within governmental health agencies
Knowledge of digital health technologies and healthcare innovation initiatives
Prior experience working with provincial health programs or clinician engagement strategies
Certification in Project Management (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent)
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelorβs degree in Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field; Masterβs degree preferred
8+ years of progressive project management leadership experience, ideally in clinically-led initiatives within the public healthcare sector
Other Requirements:
Ability to work up to 5 days onsite at our Toronto office, with flexibility depending on project needs
Experience working within Ontarioβs healthcare delivery environment
Hourly Pay Rate Range: $100 - 110 hr (incorporated)
