This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead critical initiatives in manufacturing and supply chain systems implementation. 📍 Position Details Title: Project Manager Location: Skokie, IL (Hybrid) Visa: GC, H1B only Type: Full-Time / Contract 💼 Role Overview As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex IT and business projects—managing everything from project planning and execution to risk mitigation and stakeholder communication. You’ll act as the central point of coordination, ensuring milestones, budgets, and business goals are achieved efficiently. 🔹 Key Responsibilities Lead full project lifecycle—scope, schedule, budget, risk, and communication. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and staffing structures. Oversee manufacturing and supply chain implementation projects. Track progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve issues. Ensure integration across cross-functional teams and vendors. Maintain consistent communication with executives and stakeholders. Manage project financials, including forecasts, actuals, and variances. Prepare and present project status reports to leadership. Drive collaboration between IT, business, and vendor teams. 🎓 Required Qualifications ✅ 5+ years of experience managing IT or business transformation projects. ✅ Proven background in manufacturing and supply chain systems. ✅ Strong knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies. ✅ Proficient in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. ✅ Experience with Planview highly preferred. ✅ Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills. ✅ Strong financial management and analytical abilities. 💡 Desired Technical Experience SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) Warehouse Management Systems Manhattan Infrastructure Projects 📩 Interested in Applying?
