MMB Next Generation Website Project Location: St. Paul, Minnesota (Up to 25% onsite, rest remote) Due Date to submit - March 20, 2026 Resource Need 1.Project Manager 2.Business Analyst 3.UI/UX Designer 4.Frontend Developer (Drupal Themer) 5.Web Developer 6.QA Tester 7.Senior Drupal Developer 8.Technical Architect 9.Information Architect Phase 1 – Key Responsibilities 1. Discovery (Understand Needs) Define business goals of the website Identify stakeholder and user needs Analyze target audience Define features, scope, and requirements Conduct user research (personas, journeys, pain points) Recommend CMS (Drupal) and tools (AI search, plugins, etc.) 2. Planning & Design Create website design using State branding Build project plan and timelines Design site structure (Information Architecture) Prepare testing strategies (Unit, UAT, Performance, etc.) 3. Development (Build Website) Develop a modern, user-friendly Drupal website Migrate and upload content from old systems Follow Agile development (Dev → Test → Stage) Ensure security compliance Add features like password-protected content 4. Testing Perform all testing (Unit, Regression, Performance, UAT) Fix issues/bugs Ensure accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1, Section 508) Follow plain language guidelines 5. Launch Coordinate website go-live with MNIT & MMB Provide support during launch and for 30 days after 6. Support & Training Train MMB staff (technical & non-technical) Transfer website ownership and maintenance Support long-term management setup Phase 2 (Optional) Ongoing support for content migration after launch Ensure no disruption during transition Required Skills (Company Level) Experience building Drupal websites for government clients Experience with AI-powered search or similar tools Experience in UX/CX research and analysis Minimum Experience (Individual Resources) At least 2+ years in ANY ONE of the below: Drupal website development (government projects) AI/search implementation UX/CX research for websites Email: [Upgrade to PRO to see contact]
