We are seeking a strong leader to drive high-impact initiatives within our Cyber & Risk portfolio, delivering strategic programs aligned with modern Zero Trust architecture and enterprise data protection goals. 🔐 About the Role As Project Manager, you will lead initiatives transitioning the organization toward data-centric Zero Trust architecture, overseeing: • Automated cryptographic governance • Hardware security lifecycles • Mature cloud access controls • Unified communication integrity • Enterprise-wide data protection & architectural hardening You will bridge infrastructure, application, and security teams to ensure cohesive execution across all technical workstreams. 🎯 Core Responsibilities 1️⃣ Strategy, Planning & Execution • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and roadmaps across the SDLC • Define problem statements, expected outcomes, and deliverables with business & technology stakeholders • Lead all phases of execution aligned to solution delivery standards • Manage resource planning to maintain delivery momentum • Drive organizational change management initiatives 2️⃣ Governance, Risk & Financial Management • Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues proactively • Manage budgets and provide financial health reporting • Ensure compliance with quality and governance standards 3️⃣ Leadership & Stakeholder Excellence • Lead cross-functional teams across infrastructure, security, and business units • Facilitate complex workshops and discovery sessions • Translate technical security requirements into business-friendly language • Navigate policy conflicts and negotiate aligned solutions • Report and present to senior leadership 🧠 Relevant Experience ✔ 8+ years IT Project Management experience ✔ 5+ years leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives ✔ Strong background in Infrastructure & Network Security (Tooling & Engineering) 📜 Certifications (Preferred) • Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) • CSPM – Certified Security Project Manager (strong asset) 📩 Interested candidates can apply directly or send their resume to: [Upgrade to PRO to see contact] #Hiring #ProjectManager #CyberSecurity #ZeroTrust #RiskManagement #ITLeadership #InfrastructureSecurity #CloudSecurity #SecurityProjects #TechCareers
