Key Responsibilities Generate leads and develop new business opportunities. Handle project sales and institutional sales activities. Meet architects, builders, contractors, and consultants. Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with internal teams for project execution. Maintain long-term client relationships. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Required Skills Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Knowledge of project sales processes. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Leadership and team management skills. Qualification Graduate/MBA preferred.
