PWD Interpreter

We’re Hiring | PWD Interpreter / Inclusion Coordinator. We are hiring on behalf of one of our prestigious clients — a leading manufacturing and export-oriented organization in Pakistan. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about inclusion, employee support, and enabling Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) to thrive in a professional environment. Key Responsibilities: - Support hiring, onboarding, and workplace integration of PWD employees. - Facilitate communication and provide interpretation support (e.g., sign language) - Deliver training, coaching, and development support to the PWD workforce. - Track performance, progress, and engagement on a monthly basis. - Manage employee grievances with sensitivity and confidentiality. - Act as a central coordination point between PWDs and internal stakeholders. - Ensure workplace accessibility and support implementation of assistive solutions. - Promote inclusion through engagement activities and awareness sessions. - Provide training on PSL to company employees. - Support compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Assist in exit and separation processes with professionalism.
