Key Responsibilities & Expertise (MUST HAVE): CI/CD Orchestration: Design and maintain pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Jenkins. Configure self-hosted runners on physical hardware test racks. Python Automation: Strong OOP skills and proficiency in pytest (fixtures, parametrization) for resilient test design and exception handling. OTA Validation: Execute a three-phase workflow (Precondition → Action → Postcondition) to validate automotive software updates. Hardware Interaction: Hands-on experience with ADB-based embedded systems, HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop), and device connectivity (USB/Ethernet). Infrastructure & Monitoring: Implement resource locking for parallel execution, artifact management (logs/reports), and system health checks. Traceability: Integrate pipelines with JIRA and TestRail for automated result updates and quality gate tracking. Technical Requirements: Tools: Git, GitHub Actions, Docker, Jenkins, Pytest, CANoe/UDS basics. System Skills: Linux/Windows administration for lab environments and resource monitoring. Analytics: Develop trend visualization, success-rate analytics, and flaky test detection policies. Immediate Projects: Building GitHub Actions pipelines for automated OTA workflows.
