Role: QA Tester / Analyst – Specialized II
Position Summary
Aetna IT Delivery (DDAT division) is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions for virtual assistants (chat & voice) supporting members and providers with accurate health insurance information.
Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain automated test scripts (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium).
Enhance automation frameworks for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Execute automated test suites and analyze results.
Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
Log and track defects (JIRA/Azure DevOps).
Prepare test documentation and reports.
Identify opportunities to improve automation coverage and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
3+ years QA automation experience.
Strong programming skills (Java, JavaScript, or Python; OOP concepts).
Experience building scalable automation frameworks.
Conversational AI testing (chatbots/voice assistants).
Experience with Hammer On Demand, Cyara, and Selenium.
Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, CI/CD, Git.
Experience with BDD (Cucumber/SpecFlow), TDD.
API and database testing experience.
Exposure to GenAI tools in QA.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare/HIPAA knowledge.
AI model evaluation metrics (accuracy, precision, recall, F1).
Experience with Agentic IDEs (Windsurf, Cursor).
REST/SOAP API testing.
Cloud knowledge (AWS, GCP, IBM Cloud).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
