Job Title: *QA Engineer – Regulatory Reporting (ETL Data Validation)* Location: Remote Experience: 15+ Years Employment Type: Long Term Contract Visa Only : *(H1B and Gc EAD and H4EAD with PPN and USC)* Job Description: Job Summary We are seeking a QA Engineer with strong experience in regulatory reporting and ETL data validation within the banking domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating complex data pipelines, ensuring accuracy and compliance of regulatory reports, and supporting data quality initiatives. Key Responsibilities Perform ETL/data validation testing for regulatory reporting systems. Validate data across source systems, staging, and data warehouse layers. Develop and execute test cases for data integrity, completeness, and accuracy. Perform data reconciliation between source and target systems. Validate regulatory reports against business and compliance requirements. Identify data issues, root cause analysis, and defect tracking. Collaborate with ETL developers, data engineers, and business analysts. Support UAT, regression testing, and production validation. Regulatory Reporting Experience (Mandatory) Basel III reporting Liquidity reporting (LCR, NSFR) Capital adequacy reporting Understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements. Experience validating financial and risk data. Banking Domain Experience (Mandatory) Core banking systems Payments / Loans / Risk / Finance data Experience handling large-scale financial datasets.
