🚨 We’re Hiring | Sr. QA Lead Engineer (Contract-to-Hire) 🚨 📍 Location: Remote (New Jersey preferred) ⏳ Duration: 6+ Months Contract-to-Hire We’re looking for an experienced Sr. QA Lead Engineer to lead quality engineering initiatives across scalable, modern platforms. This role is ideal for a hands-on QA leader with deep automation, CI/CD, and team leadership experience. 🔹 Key Responsibilities Lead multiple QA teams (8–10 direct reports) and mentor Lead Engineers Design, build, and scale automation frameworks (Selenium / Playwright) Own test strategy across API, UI, performance, security, and AI testing Integrate quality gates into CI/CD pipelines Promote a strong quality-first culture across cross-functional teams Work in Agile / Lean delivery environments 🔹 Required Skills & Experience 10+ years in software engineering / QA 8+ years as SDET / Automation Engineer 5+ years in QA technical leadership Strong experience with REST APIs, web technologies (JS, HTML, CSS, JSON) Expertise in automated test architecture patterns Experience testing AI integrations (Agentic AI / RAG models) is a strong plus 🎯 Contract-to-Hire opportunity with long-term growth 📩 Interested or know someone who’s a great fit?
