✔ 10+ years of QA Manual Testing experience
✔ Strong experience leading QA teams
✔ Expertise in Test Planning, Test Cases, Test Strategy & Defect Management
✔ Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
✔ Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
✔ Experience working with cross-functional teams
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end manual testing efforts
• Define QA processes & implement QA best practices
• Coordinate with Development & Product teams
• Mentor and guide junior QA members
• Ensure high-quality product releases
