QA Test Lead

We're Hiring: QA Test Lead | Remote (US) | W2 Opportunity We are seeking an experienced QA Test Lead to drive quality assurance efforts, mentor testing teams, and ensure the delivery of reliable, high-performing applications. Location: Remote – United States Employment Type: W2 Eligible Candidates: US Citizens, Green Card Holders, EAD, and H4-EAD holders Note: Only candidates authorized to work in the US and open to W2 employment will be considered. Key Responsibilities: • Define comprehensive test strategies, develop detailed test plans, and lead end-to-end QA activities to ensure product quality and stability • Lead, mentor, and support teams of manual and automation testers to achieve project goals effectively • Execute and oversee functional, regression, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes • Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage Required Qualifications: • Strong expertise in both manual and automation testing methodologies • Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and Playwright is required • Proficiency in API testing using tools such as Postman and REST-based services • Strong database testing experience with SQL and PostgreSQL • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA best practices is preferred Experience Required: 6+ years of relevant QA testing experience, including leadership responsibilities Interested candidates can apply and email their resume to [Upgrade to PRO to see contact] Join us and play a key role in building quality-driven solutions that create meaningful impact!
