QA Tester

🚨 Hiring: QA Tester – ATM / ITM / Teller Testing | Columbus, OH (Onsite) We are looking for 2 QA Testers for a contract opportunity supporting enterprise banking initiatives. 📍 Location: Columbus, OH (Onsite – 5 days/week) 📝 Position Type: Contract 📌 Must be currently in Columbus, OH or open to relocate 📌 Must reside within 25 miles of job location 📌 Must be authorized to work without sponsorship 📌 W2 engagement 🔎 Role Overview The ATM / Teller / ITM Testing Specialist will execute end-to-end manual testing across ATM, Teller, and Video Teller channels. This is a highly hands-on role requiring direct interaction with ATM/ITM hardware and lab environments. 🛠 Key Responsibilities Testing Execution • Perform onsite manual testing for ATM, ITM (video teller), and teller transactions • Test deposits, withdrawals, transfers, PIN flows, error handling • Execute regression cycles and enterprise initiatives • Validate transactions via backend queries • Coordinate UAT with internal teams and vendors Test Planning & Documentation • Create and maintain test cases and regression libraries • Document defects, testing results, and Go/No-Go documentation • Develop end-to-end test strategies and test data • Report risks, blockers, and quality metrics Defect Management • Log and manage defects in Azure DevOps (ADO) • Perform defect triage and collaborate with development and vendors • Pull logs and provide detailed findings Hardware & Lab Work • Work directly with ATM/ITM machines • Open/close machines and interact with hardware components • Maintain test plastics and accounts • Ensure lab equipment readiness ✅ Required Skills • Hands-on ATM / ITM / Teller testing experience • Strong manual testing background (regression + exploratory) • Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) • Understanding of teller and ATM transaction flows • Ability to run basic SQL queries for validation • Strong defect tracking and triage skills Preferred: • Experience with Fiserv or vendor platform integrations This role requires someone detail-oriented, technically strong, and comfortable working directly with physical ATM/ITM devices.
