QA Tester

We’re Hiring: QA Tester (Manual/Automation) 📍 Location: Dwarka, Delhi (or as per requirement) 💼 Experience: 2–5 Years 🏢 Industry: Fintech / Payday Loans / NBFC 📌 Employment Type: Full-Time 🔍 About the Role We’re looking for a detail-driven QA Tester who can ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of our web and mobile applications in the fintech domain. If you have a sharp eye for bugs and a passion for delivering seamless user experiences, this role is for you. 🛠 Key Responsibilities • Analyze requirements and design test plans, cases, and scenarios • Perform manual testing across web and mobile platforms • Identify, log, and track bugs using tools like Jira • Execute functional, regression, and UAT testing • Collaborate with developers to resolve issues efficiently • Conduct API testing using tools like Postman • Ensure application performance and usability standards • Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning 💡 Required Skills • Strong understanding of SDLC & STLC • Hands-on experience in manual testing • Basic knowledge of automation (Selenium or similar) • Experience with bug tracking tools (Jira, Bugzilla, etc.) • Knowledge of API testing • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail 🎯 Eligibility • Graduate in Computer Science / IT or related field • 2–5 years of experience in QA / Software Testing • Fintech / Banking / Payday Loans experience is a plus ⭐ Preferred Skills • Experience with Selenium, TestNG, or similar frameworks • Knowledge of SQL for database testing • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies 📊 Success Metrics (KPIs) • Defect detection rate • Test coverage • Bug leakage rate • Timely delivery of test cycles • Overall release quality 📩 Interested?
