Design and run test cases based on business requirements, user workflows, and real-world EHS scenarios. Perform cross-browser, cross-device, and cross-platform testing (web, iOS, Android). Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution. Carry out functional, regression, performance, and usability testing across frequent releases. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release sign-off. Conduct end-to-end testing of e-learning courses, including content, navigation, assessments, certificates, and learner experience. Maintain clear QA documentation and contribute to improving QA processes and standards.
