QA Tester

Hi  , I hope you are doing well, Immediate need for the QA Tester -2 days Quater Onsite But almost Remote Location: Springfield, IL (Hybrid, Travel likely at least 2x quarterly) 💠 Note : Tha meainly cliient is looking for "Child Welfare" or "Child Care" Responsibilities include: ·   Document test plans and test case specifications and ensure adherence to the defined testing methodology and standards · Analyze test requirements through critical thinking and determine required test coverage · Perform random sampling of completed test cases and re-execute test cases to verify the results ·Evaluate, document, and report test results and defect status ·  Create and submit regular status reports on testing progress (e.g., test case development, test case execution) ·Assist with identifying testing risks and provide input to risk mitigation activities ·Assist the Test Manager with testing of application defects and enhancements ·  Participate in design, development, and testing meetings and activities, as needed, to perform assigned testing duties ·  Maintain focus on client expectations during UAT by identifying, verifying, and communicating client requests and prioritizing work based upon client needs ·  Support the Test Manager and Project Manager with weekly and monthly reporting and presentation development, as needed ·  Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager or PMO Test Manager ·  Participate in quality assurance activities related to the creation of test cases   Qualifications include: ·  Experience writing test scenarios and detailed test cases and scripts to be able to validate different combinations of business scenarios from user stories ·  Experience testing web applications for functional components, business rules, validations, etc. · Hands on experience using and configuring Application Lifecycle Management tools (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr) to create test cases, document status and outcomes of test execution, and create and maintain defects is preferred · Hands on experience using AI Testing tools (e.g., Mabl, Testsigma, Katalon) in the creation and review of test cases is a plus · Should have a good understanding of defect life cycle to track defects as applicable in the ALM tool ·  Good understanding of Child Welfare business processes is a plus · Hands on experience with all facets of the testing life cycle, including supporting UAT in the past and using a requirements traceability matrix to validate requirements coverage · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Degree in Computer Software Engineering or similar field preferred · Expertise with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Teams)   If intrested candidates share to [Upgrade to PRO to see contact]
