📢 We’re Hiring: Quality Assurance Analyst (QA Tester) – Medicaid Systems Location: Remote Duration: 12+ Months Employment Type: Contract (C2C / W2) Experience Required: 7+ Years We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to support South Carolina’s Medicaid system. This is a strictly QA/Testing role – not a Developer, Business Analyst, or Project Manager role. Project Scope: The role focuses on testing software changes related to Medicaid data systems, including system enhancements and upgrades such as DASH, translator upgrades, and UC4 automation processes. You will help ensure federally and state-mandated updates are implemented accurately. Key Responsibilities: ✔️ Develop and execute test scenarios and detailed test cases ✔️ Perform QA and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) ✔️ Identify discrepancies between actual vs. expected outcomes ✔️ Document business, process, and technical requirements ✔️ Collaborate closely with project teams and Clemson support staff ✔️ Provide clear written and verbal communication throughout testing cycles Required Skills & Experience: ✔️ 4+ years creating test scenarios and test cases ✔️ 4+ years working with COBOL and JCL ✔️ 4+ years running mainframe batch jobs and troubleshooting errors ✔️ 4+ years using Serena ChangeMan ✔️ Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Ideal Candidate: ✔️ Strong mainframe environment experience ✔️ Skilled in QA testing for legacy systems ✔️ Comfortable with COBOL/JCL batch processing ✔️ Experience with government or healthcare systems is a plus If you are passionate about QA testing and supporting critical healthcare systems, we want to hear from you!
