Quality Operations Manager

We’re Hiring: Quality Operations Manager (West Coast or Southern TX) TRIGO ADR Americas is the leader in the Aerospace & Defense Industry, providing global Supplier Delivery Assurance, Supplier Development, and Quality Management Services. We’re currently searching for a Quality Operations Manager to serve as a vital link between the Prime Aerospace customers, their suppliers, and the TADRA Quality Assurance field team for executing and expanding on key initiatives inside of the supplier quality organization. Location: West Coast or Southern TX Reports to: VP of NDT and Metrology Services In this high-impact role, you’ll: *Build an organization including management and working teams, deployed within regional zones, to support TADRA’s business plan and objectives. *Deploy the necessary team to a wide range of commodity suppliers throughout the US and International. *Responsible for procedures, processes and Quality System development and implementation *Participate in Business Development opportunities, including presentations, RFP responses and contract development. *Oversee training development and implementation across the organization. *Direct formal/informal problem-solving initiatives within the supply base, *Lead, motivate and coach a diverse set of quality engineers and managers tasked with exceeding customer requirements. *Design, implement and document procedures and process control, testing and inspection requirements and process improvement. *Establish and implement metrics (process capability, control charts, yield, for measuring effectiveness and to enable managers to make sound product quality decisions and planning. *Establish collection of analysis systems of statistical data to predict trends that will affect improvement of product quality.
