As we continue to grow our hospitality and real-estate platform across Southeast Asia, we’re seeking an experienced Real Estate & Hospitality Investment Analyst to work with us on a project-based basis.
This is not a theoretical role. It’s hands-on, commercial, and close to decision-making — supporting live mixed-use and integrated hospitality projects spanning resorts, branded residences, wellness, and lifestyle-led developments.
The right person will have:
Strong experience building investment and operational financial models
A deep understanding of hospitality economics, not just development spreadsheets
Exposure to Southeast Asia, ideally Indonesia
The ability to turn complex projects into clear, investor-ready stories
You’ll work directly with senior leadership on project structuring, capital strategy, and investment presentations — helping shape decisions, not just analyse them.
