Title: Ruby and Rails Developer Location: Dallas TX/Onsite A Ruby and Rails Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using Ruby programming language and the Ruby on Rails (RoR) framework. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails Design RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services Work with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL Write clean, reusable, and efficient code Implement front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Vue if required) Optimize application performance and scalability Perform code reviews and unit testing (RSpec, Minitest) Deploy applications using AWS, Heroku, Docker Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product) Required Skills Technical Skills Strong knowledge of Ruby Expertise in Ruby on Rails framework RESTful API development MVC architecture ActiveRecord & database design Git version control Background jobs (Sidekiq, Resque) Caching (Redis, Memcached) Testing frameworks (RSpec, Capybara) Optional / Nice to Have JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) CI/CD pipelines Microservices architecture GraphQL DevOps exposure send your updated CV to [Upgrade to PRO to see contact]
