Location - Pune, India Key Responsibilities •            Building new features on our Ruby on Rails platform. •            Maintaining and improving existing codebase performance, reliability, and code quality. •            Collaborating with product to translate requirements into technical solutions. •            Working on integrations with third-party services •            Contributing to architecture discussions and code reviews. •            Writing tests, documentation, and owning production stability. What We Are Looking For •            3+ years of professional experience building production applications in Ruby on Rails. •            Strong product mindset, you do not need a PM to tell you what good looks like. •            Experience with RESTful API design and third-party integrations. •            Comfort with front-end technologies including JavaScript and React. •            Ability to take a feature from concept to production with minimal back and forth. •            Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. •            Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment workflows.
