We have an exciting opportunity to join our Performance Team at Moove, based in our Madrid office, on a 12-month fixed-term contract with the opportunity to become permanent.

π‘ About the role
As a Sales Operations Analyst, youβll play a critical role in enabling sales performance across our European countries organisation. Using data, insight and strong operational processes, youβll support our Sales teams by managing non-selling activitiesβallowing them to focus on what they do best: growing customer relationships and closing deals.
Youβll be involved in:
βοΈ Sales planning & forecasting (S&OP support)
βοΈ Sales and pipeline performance analysis
βοΈ Customer retention and recovery insights
βοΈ Pipeline governance, KPIs and reporting
βοΈ Sales and supplier governance support
βοΈ Delivering impactful reporting to stakeholders
π What weβre looking for
Fluent English and SpanishΒ (French is a plus)
3+ yearsβ experienceΒ in Sales Operations, BI or FP&A
Experience with SalesforceΒ and Power BI
Strong analytical mindset, advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
Proactive, collaborative and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
