This is NOT a job-hopper role. This is NOT a Salesforce Admin role. This is NOT a pure Architect role. We need a strong individual contributor who thrives working directly with business stakeholders (non-IT users) and owns requirements end-to-end. 🦄 Must-Haves: ✔ 15+ years of overall experience ✔ Strong Salesforce architecture & configuration understanding ✔ Led discovery & deep-dive workshops with business teams ✔ Expert in current-state / future-state process documentation ✔ Writes clear, detailed user stories & acceptance criteria ✔ Owns UAT, testing coordination & business sign-off ✔ Commercial banking process experience ✔ Enterprise integrations (ERP, APIs, complex system landscapes) ✔ Agile expertise (Jira, backlog prioritization, sprint ceremonies) ✔ Excellent communication skills – must confidently engage business leaders ⚠️ Important: 🔹 Stable career history required (no frequent short-term projects) 🔹 Strong communication is non-negotiable 🔹 Must be comfortable partnering directly with business customers This role is highly visible and directly impacts enterprise Salesforce strategy.
