You will play a key role in driving requirements, improving processes, and ensuring successful delivery of system enhancements and implementations. 🛠️ Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis / Systems Analysis Strong experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud preferred) Expertise in Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and Jira Proven experience in process modeling, workflow analysis, and documentation Experience with system integrations and enterprise applications Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience working with B2B environments and customer-centric solutions 💡 Nice to Have: Manufacturing industry experience Knowledge of tools like Lucidchart, Google Suite CBAP or similar certification
