📌 Job Title: Salesforce QA Functional Tester
📍 Location: Tampa, FL (Remote)
🔍 Role Highlights:
Validate Salesforce Platform Core Development, Energy & Utilities Cloud, and AgentForce implementations
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality Salesforce solutions
Design and execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT test cases
Track and manage defects using tools like JIRA, Zephyr, or TestRail
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and provide continuous quality feedback
💡 Key Skills & Experience:
Salesforce Platform Core concepts (Apex, Lightning, data model)
Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud
Salesforce AgentForce
Strong functional testing background
Understanding of integrations, APIs, and Agile methodologies
Excellent analytical and communication skills
